Returns & Exchanges

Our orders are meticulously inspected before sending it to you. Products returned in a worn/used or less than perfect condition may not be eligible for refund.

We accept returns or exchanges, if we are notified within 14 business days of delivery. After that, all products (purchased items and free gifts), must be returned within 14 days and unused in their original condition & packaging.

  • If you return your purchase, any complementary gift received as part of the order must also be returned unused and in original packaging. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its retail value ($30 USD) from your refund.
  • Exchanges are for store credit or in exchange for the same item, whichever CARIBBABY is able to do at the time due to sold out product.

At this time, we are only able to offer free returns on continental US (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) orders. For international/outside the continental US orders, the return/exchange shipping responsibility of products rests with the customer until they are received by CARIBBABY.

To start a return/exchange, contact us at info@caribbaby.com. If products were damaged in transit, include photos of the damaged products in their original packaging & unused condition.

  • If your return/exchange is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (for continental US orders only), as well as instructions on how to send your package.
  • If your return/exchange is approved (for international/outside the continental US orders), we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Note: The responsibility for shipping all products (purchased items and free gifts), back to CARIBBABY rests with the customer until they are received by CARIBBABY.
  • Once the products are received by us, you will be automatically issued within 10 business days a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or the tracking information of the new product being exchanged for.
